Extra prepayment required (amount depends on device/service plan chosen). Prepayment and additional rebate sums will be credited to your 1O1O account by installments during the commitment period. 
 
2. The 5G 30GB/110GB service plan includes 30GB/110GB of monthly local data with thereafter maximum uplink and downlink for data access of 1Mbps. The 5G 180GB/330GB service plan includes 180GB/330GB of monthly local data with thereafter maximum uplink and downlink for data access of 2Mbps/3Mbps respectively. Actual speeds will be considerably less than the network specifications suggest and affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
 
3. Availability of models and colours subject to actual stock held by the store. Products in limited quantity are available on a first-come-first-served basis. All iPhone packaging will be pre-opened for activation before delivery to the customer. 5. Offer applicable only to existing NETVIGATOR personal customers residing on designated housing estates. Customers applying for this plan can get a 24-month free upgrade to the NETVIGATOR 2500M plan. Terms & Conditions of the existing NETVIGATOR contract for current customers remain unchanged. During the above-mentioned 24-month period, customers must continue to use the designated NETVIGATOR broadband service. If not, they will not be able to avail themselves of the upgraded service plan. Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (HKT) will not provide compensation nor assume responsibility for any discontinuation of the upgraded service plan as a result of the customer’s non-use of the designated broadband service. If a customer’s NETVIGATOR broadband service is terminated for any reason, the upgraded service plan will be terminated simultaneously and HKT will not provide compensation nor assume responsibility for any outcome. Customers are required to notify HKT at least one month in advance if deciding to terminate the 2500M Fibre-to-the-Home Broadband Upgrade Plan. Otherwise, HKT will start charging the standard monthly fee (currently HK$98) for the upgraded plan after the 24-month period. If a customer needs to relocate, HKT will charge appropriate installation and activation service fees for the new address. If, for any reason (including, but not limited to, issues relating to the customer, building/unit installation, network resources, or other factors), HKT is unable to provide the same broadband coverage at the new address, this offer will be cancelled without any alternative offers being made available. Bandwidth specification refers to the network specifications from the customer’s modem to the first piece of NETVIGATOR network equipment or building’s network equipment. The bandwidth specification for the 2500M Fibre-to-the-Home Broadband Service Plan is a maximum download and upload bandwidth of 2.5Gbps. Actual speed may be lower than the network specifications suggest and may be determined by factors such as the customer’s equipment, technology, network and software usage, network configuration and coverage, usage volume, overseas bandwidth and other external factors. Customer must use a device compatible with the 2500M speed specification.
 
6. NETVIGATOR 1000M Fibre-to-the-Home broadband service Terms & Conditions apply only to individual customers who newly apply for designated NETVIGATOR broadband service on specified housing estates (ie customers whose service installation addresses have not had any NETVIGATOR/LiKE1OO broadband services installed during the three months prior to the application date). Customers eligible for the free 24/36-month designated service offer must apply for a designated NETVIGATOR 1000M Fibre-to-the-Home broadband service and allow HKT to complete service installation within 30 days of the application date. Each such installation address can utilise this offer one time only. This designated service plan provides a waiver of the basic monthly fee for the first 24/36 months. The standard monthly fee for the plan, currently HK$108, becomes applicable from the 25th/37th month. Customers are required to notify HKT at least one month in advance if wishing to terminate the service plan. If a customer needs to relocate, HKT will charge appropriate installation and activation service fees for the new address. If, for any reason (including, but not limited to, issues relating to the customer, building/unit installation, network resources, or other factors), HKT is unable to provide the same broadband coverage at the new address, this offer will be cancelled without any alternative offers being made available. Home Wi-Fi Service are provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and available only in designated residential areas, subject to Terms & Conditions.
